Last night we visited the ‘BBQ Shack’ in Brighton. Highly regarded as the best place to get authentic BBQ food outside of the states.
Holy hell is the only way to describe it. I’m almost certain it was the best thing I have eaten, ever. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, cheese stuffed jalapeño and great Sussex ale. Award winning BBQ sauce everywhere. In all, a wonderfully and highly fatty evening.
Had a pretty swell past few days with the lady. Now to disappear into the wold of dissertations and exams.
The greatest band there ever was.
Had my Vhiessu vinyl order canceled today by Hot Topic, devastated. That album seriously changed the way I think and play. Helped me open my mind to so much more outside of the tiny scene I was slowly getting stuck in.
Making up for my loss by listening to major/minor on repeat.
